In the event, Susan and Patrick's garage door opener broke, and then the failsafe emergency cord broke. So they were stuck for several hours trying to essentially disassemble their garage door in order to get their cars out and return to Madison. Fun times!

I got through a digital drop-off return and contacted the client with a couple questions they need to answer before we can move to the sign-and-pay portion. 1. Rental office 9am-7pm. Another slow day. I processed a couple leases, updated some of our online ads, and otherwise spent a fair amount of time websurfing.
